STAR FOODIES

Creating Star Foodies allowed me to merge culinary storytelling, cultural exploration, and broadcast production into a distinctive multicultural television series. Airing on OMNI 1 across Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta, Canada, the show continues to present opportunities for expanded national and international distribution.

Filmed on location in Greece and Cyprus, the series features in-depth conversations with notable personalities, industry leaders, and cultural figures, exploring their work, lifestyle philosophies, and personal culinary traditions. Each episode culminates in the recreation of a signature dish inspired by our guest’s story.

Upon returning to Canada, I recreate these Mediterranean recipes using locally sourced Canadian ingredients—bridging continents through food. In recent seasons, I have taken a more hands-on culinary role, recreating featured dishes on camera while preserving their authenticity, technique, and cultural narrative.

Star Foodies has garnered recognition in local, national, and international media, reinforcing its unique position at the intersection of culture, cuisine, and storytelling.
